Account Responsibility

Uptime Guarantee (SLA)

We guarantee a 99.9% uptime for our network and servers. In the event of downtime exceeding this guarantee, customers may be eligible for service credits on their account.

Prohibited Use

You may not use our services for any illegal purposes or for the transmission of material that is unlawful, defamatory, or infringes on the intellectual property rights of others.
